Tomáš Pekař became another driver to take his 2nd win of the weekend. He did so in a Sunday’s Renault Clio Cup race, which he won ahead of Mark Mramor and Pawel Wysmyk.
On Saturday, Tomáš Pekař celebrated his return to a Renault Clio Cup category by a victory. And nobody could stop him on Sunday either when he turned a pole position into a win.
But it was not as dominating for the Czech driver as on Saturday. While he managed to stay in the lead after the start, his efforts were halted by red flags as the race had to be stopped. And after the restart, Pekař could not keep Mark Mramor behind, who got into the lead.
However, it did not take long for Pekař to find the pace again and retake the lead. Then, he did not anybody else to get even close to him and he could celebrate his 2nd victory of the weekend. Mramor had to settle for only the 2nd place, while Pawel Wysmyk finished in the 3rd position.
