The RTR Projects driver Tomáš Miniberger leads the GT4 Endurance standings after the first two rounds of the season.
It is going to be a positive start of the second half of the season for Tomáš Miniberger. The RTR Projects driver leads the GT4 Endurance championship with 21.5 points after Grobnik and Slovakia Ring.
The Czech driver took his first 12.5 points at Grobnik, where he and Petr Lisa won. But he also made it to the podium in the 2nd race of the season at Slovakia Ring, where he finished in 2nd place and took 9 points. This time, he was joined in a KTM X-Bow GT4 car by Filip Sajler.
However, that is not going to make the rest of the season much easier for Miniberger, especially with a driver like Ferenc Ficza on the grid. The Hungarian driver, who is racing for Trevor Racing, also took two podiums. While at Grobnik, he finished in 3rd place together with Gregor Zsigo, at Slovakia Ring he was joined by Lubomír Jakubík and they took a victory. Ficza is only 1.5 points behind Miniberger.
Petr Lisa and Lubomír Jakubík currently hold the 3rd place with 12.5 points from Grobnik (Lisa) and Slovakia Ring (Jakubík).
The GT4 Endurance category continues next weekend with a race at Automotodrom Brno.
