As the ESET V4 Cup heads to its final round of the season, Tom Beckhäuser holds the best position in the Formula 3 category.
Tom Beckhäuser heads to Hungaroring as the current Formula 3 championship leader. The Czech driver has 90 points, but the Franz Wöss Racing is not a champion just yet. As drivers can get up to 60 points in the final race weekend, there are still three more drivers in the championship contention.
Beckhäuser‘s biggest rival is Andrea Cola. The Italian driver is currently 2nd in the standings with 64.5 points, which is exactly 25.5 points behind the Czech championship leader.
Sandro Zeller in 3rd place is also has a chance, but the Swiss driver is 58 points behind. The mathematical hope also lives for Alessio Deleda in 4th position, who is exactly 60 points behind Beckhäuser. But he can’t fight for the championship, as he raced only at Red Bull Ring and the regular FIA F3 driver will not race in Hungary.
