Sunday’s final qualifying of the season at the Automotodrom Brno was dominated by the LMP3 prototype, with Miro Konopka behind the wheel. The second-fastest in the ESET Cup was, once again, Petr Fulín in a GT3 category Audi.
The only car to come between Konopka and Fulín was a prototype from the SCC series, which shares the ESET Cup grid with the P9 Challenge championship. In the GTX category, the fastest was Adam Konopka driving a Lamborghini Huracán GTX, with Antal Zsigo close behind in a BMW M4 GT3. In the GTC class, Josef Záruba set the fastest time in a Lamborghini SuperTrofeo, while Rudolf Beňo secured the top spot in GT4, just ahead of Adam Lacko. This promises to continue their battle, which has been ongoing since Saturday’s sprint and endurance races.
