The Czech team with Václav Janík has dominated the D5 category in both, Sprint and Endurance series, and ends the ESET MMSR season as well-deserved champions.
Janík Motorsport had entered two Norma prototypes to the ESET MMSR championship. One open-cockpit model M20FC and also an internationally successful M30 LMP3 type, which is also one of the specifications used in Europe on a road to 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Václav Janík, Tomáš Korený and Balász Volenter drove Norma M30 LMP3 towards all victories in the Endurance series. While Janík raced in all of the events, Korený and Volenter alternated throughout the season. Václav Janík has won the D5 Endurance category, beating Tomáš Konvička in an open-cockpit Norma M20FC.
Janík Motorsport was also unstoppable in the Sprint series, where Petr Lisa dominated and showed, that being a good virtual sim racing driver can be useful on a real race track. He won in the Norma M30 ahead of Jiří Svoboda with M20FC.
All in all, it was a very impressive ESET MMSR season for Janík Motorsport, winning everything that could have been won and dominating throughout the whole year.
