A draft of the 2020 season calendar has been announced. The championship will be returning to Poznań.
There is still one more round remaining in this year‘s championship, but we already have the first look at the next year’s calendar.
Just like this year, everything will begin in the middle of April at Hungaroring in Hungary. Then follows a month-long break before the series returns for its 2nd round of the season to Red Bull Ring, Austria.
Then comes the biggest change on the calendar. The 3rd round of the season will see a return to Poznań after a four-year break. Drivers will not face a long break that took up to 2 months, but they will head to Poland at the beginning of June.
After that, there won’t be many changes anymore. Once again, at the end of July, drivers will race at Grobnik, Croatia, before heading to Slovakia Ring one month later. And after two years, the Czech Masaryk circuit near Brno will host the season finale as Hungaroring will not host two events next season.
