Miro Konopka was the fastest in qualifying, with Krystian Korzeniowski best in the GT3 class

Miro Konopka topped the qualifying session for the first ESET Cup sprint at the Slovakia Ring, driving a Ligier LMP3 prototype. Krystian Korzeniowski followed closely behind in a Ferrari 296 GT3. These two drivers will start from the front row for this afternoon’s race. Just behind them, local drivers Maťo Homola and Štefan Rosina will line up, having been the quickest in the GTX category. Homola is driving a KTM GTX, while Rosina will be at the wheel of a Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

Adam Konopka finished in fifth place in a Lamborghini Huracán, also in the GTX category, while Antal Zsigo posted the sixth fastest time in a BMW M6 GT3. The fourth row will be occupied by Antonín Herbeck in a Pagani Zonda and Dennis Waszek in a Lamborghini Trofeo, the latter also being the fastest in the GTC category.
