After 2023 season break, the PTT Racing team is returning to the ESET Cup. The Polish team will participate in the full season with two cars in the GT3 and GTC categories, respectively.
Team manager Marcin Kraczkowski is excited about the return to the ESET Cup. “I am very fond of the series. Although we did not participate last season because our drivers wanted to try other championships and competed in the Porsche Sports Cup in Germany, we are happily returning this year.”
PTT Racing will enter two cars. In the top GT3 category, they will field a Mercedes AMG GT3, which will be shared by Martin Kaczmarski and Mateusz Lisowski. This duo won the GTC category in endurance two years ago and have a succes to continue. However, this time they will be competing for wins in the top GT3 car category.
“As the second car, we will field a Porsche 992 GT3 Cup in the GTC category. It will be driven by Hubert Darmetko. The year 2024 is his debut season, but he already made an excellent appearance in the GT Winter Series this winter, finishing third overall in his category,” Kraczkowski describes his driver’s achievements.
PTT Racing is a young twelve-member racing team. However, their ambitions are high. Kraczkowski aims for the top ranks and firmly believes that his drivers can win several times during the season. The calendar includes two new circuits, Lausitzring and especially Balaton Park, where many drivers have not yet had the opportunity to race. “Everyone is eagerly waiting to try out the track,” Kraczkowski concludes.
