Adam and Tomasz Rzepecki are going on to race in Renault Clio Cup series this season. They will be driving for a family team Basenhurt A&T Racing Team.
Those who have been following the Renault Clio racing scene, know Adam and Tomasz Rzepecki names very well. Both brothers have been racing in a Central Europe championship for the past two years. And Adam managed to finish in the 3rd place in the opening race of the last event of the season in Zolder.
But now, they both have decided to try something different and to join the ESET V4 Cup grid for this year’s six-round championship. They will be racing for a family team Basenhurt A&T Racing Team, which aims very high.
“Of course, our goal is to provide our drivers with fast cars and try to get the best possible results. We’re not even afraid to say that we want to try to win the championship,” said the team.
This year’s Renault Clio Cup season is going to introduce several changes, like standalone races or new 5th generation cars. After two seasons it is also clear that there will be a brand-new champion as the 2018 and 2019 winner Michal Makeš has moved to the TCR Eastern Europe.
