The first-ever TCR Eastern Europe Simracing virtual racing championship season begins this Tuesday with Round 1 at Hungaroring.
Fans of the TCR Eastern Europe championship can look forward to seeing their favourite drivers on the track again. On Tuesday, June 16, they will get a chance at least virtually as Hungaroring hosts the first-ever round of the TCR Eastern Europe Simracing championship.
The calendar consists of five rounds and apart from the opening round at Hungaroring, there are also popular venues at Red Bull Ring (June 30), Grobnik (July 14), Slovakia Ring (July 28) and Brno (August 11). But this series is also pretty unique as it is only the 3rd official esports TCR series after TCR Europe and TCR Australia.
In addition, a number of excellent drivers from Croatia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland and Hungary will compete in the first round. We can look forward, for example, to the participants from this year’s or the previous season of this championship, but also to drivers with experience from the WTCR, 24H Series, Formula Regional European Championship, German F4, Italian F4 or Asian F3.
The live stream starts at 19:00 CEST and you can watch on the official TCR’s YouTube channel or on social media.
