Who celebrated the most?

Who celebrated the most?

In just two weeks’ time, the ESET MMSR returns for its next round at Grobnik, Croatia. Drivers will once again fight for the points and also trophies in sportscars, touring cars and single-seaters as well.

However, who has won the most trophies in the first two rounds combined? There are actually two most successful drivers of the season so far – Marcin Jedlinski from Poland, a winner of three Sprint races and two Endurance races in his Audi R8 LMS GT3 and also Tomáš Erdélyi from Slovakia, who is dominating GT3 Trophy category in his BMW Z4 and has three wins in the Sprint races and two wins in the Endurance races under his belt, just like Jedlinski.

Nobody else celebrated five victories, but there are several drivers with four winning trophies. In GTC category it is Josef Záruba who won three Sprint races in his Lamborghini Huracan and also one Endurance race, which he won together with Bronislav Formánek. Another four-time 2018 winners are Michal Makeš from Clio Cup, David Wassermann from Cruze Cup and a single-seater driver Bartolomiej Mirecki.

A very interesting fact is that nobody took three wins but there are drivers who managed to win two or just a single race.
